This support includes training, writing user manuals, data updates, as well as scripting and code modifications. To ensure top-tier support, our team comprises professionals with diverse educational backgrounds, including Java, JavaScript, Perl, C#, and Progress developers, system administrators for both Windows and Linux, and data analysts.
- Performance and Security Enhancement Over the past year, we migrated all servers to the AWS environment to enhance performance, flexibility, scalability, and uptime. This transition allows us to leverage AWS’s global infrastructure to ensure faster response times and seamless service delivery for our clients, accommodating their growing user base. Moreover, with elastic load balancing and auto-scaling capabilities, we help our clients optimize resource utilization, ensuring both cost efficiency and scalability. As part of our commitment to strengthening data security, we have transitioned from the traditional File Transfer Protocol (FTP) to the Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP).
- Cross-Team Collaboration We actively collaborate with development, BA, and DevOps teams to maintain both test and production servers. We strive to understand how the applications work and what business stakeholders and end users expect.
- Ensuring Seamless Integration Our supported applications interact with various customs systems that are subject to frequent changes. To ensure our clients operate seamlessly, we diligently monitor these changes and adapt our applications accordingly.
